Note: In the Will of Detrick Mummert; York County Courthouse; probated 20 Mar 1770; Book B- 222. She is referred to as "the old woman Anna Mummert." Death had to occur between the date of David Ehrhart' s will on 24 Feb 1775 (in which he stated that the estate would be sold after the death of the old woman, Anna Mummert) and the actual sale of the same on 29 Nov 1787. In fact the first account of David's will being probated is on 4 Sep 1783 and at that time Anna appears to be still alive. During this time Philip Ehrhart moved onto the estate and paid a yearly rent to Anna which act seems to indicate that the land in question was probably originally the land of Detrick and Anna and had been taken over by the Ehrharts after Detrick's death.
